Orale Wear will offer you competitive prices on current products. your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Orale Wear reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on OraleWear.com at any time.
Methods of Payment
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
Orale Wear purchases will include sales tax based on the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If the sales tax rate changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. The invoice that Orale Wear e-mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product we ship, please contact Orale Wear customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Defective products must be reported within 3 business days after you receive the product.
Returns and Exchanges
•All returns must be authorized within 30 days of purchase.
•Please note that Orale Wear only permits the return of products due to a Orale Wear shipping or order processing error and that all sales are final.
• If you have received an incorrect product due to an Orale Wear shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:
•Please contact Orale Wear customer service at: email@example.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
•If the RMA is approved, an RMA number will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Orale Wear.
•In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to OraleWear.com within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
•If your return is authorized you will be charged for all shipping fees only if the error was done by you at the time the order was made.
Other terms and conditions
Note: Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to you upon shipment from the Orale Wear shipping location. However, it is our policy to replace products that were damaged in transit as a courtesy to our customers.
•Freight charges, including those for unclaimed shipments, will be charged to the customer.
•Refused, returned, or canceled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
•Orale Wear is not responsible for typographic errors made by the person placing the order.
•Orale Wear reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of an online sale with OraleWear.com at any time.
•All sales at OraleWear.com are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
